RACE DAY TIMELINE

Pre-Race Schedule:

• 5:00am - CES Race Day Resort opens - ATHLETES ONLY!
• 6:15am - Inspirational words from the coaches
• 6:30am - Team Photo (Don't Miss It!)
• 6:45am - Begin departure for Wave 1 (corrals A, B, C, D, & E) to the start line 
  • All Gear MUST BE CHECKED IN 
• 7:15am - Begin departure for Wave 2 (corrals F, G, H & J) to the start line 
  • All Gear MUST BE CHECKED IN 
• 7:45am - Begin departure for Wave 3 (corrals K, L, M & N) to the start line 
  • All Gear MUST BE CHECKED IN 
• 8:00am - CES Race Day Resort Opens to Guest Spectators 

Marathon Start Times

• 7:30am - WAVE 1 Marathon Start
• 8:00am - WAVE 2 Marathon Start
• 8:35am - WAVE 3 Marathon Start

Post-Race Schedule

• 10:30am - First participants begin to return 
  • Cowbells appear!
  • Post-Race food and bar opens
  • Medal Engraving begins
  • Aligned Modern Health stretching/massage sessions begin
  • Therabody Compression Boot sessions begin (final session starts @ 4:00pm)
• 4:30pm - Gear Check Closes
• 5:00pm - CES Race Day Resort officially closes
